Hotel Indigo Madison Downtown by IHG

Place was nice and staff very friendly. I liked the food from their restaurant. Cocktail are ok. Only issue I hade was the dust behind the frames stop the head board from the bed. House keepers need to be trained on searching for all surfaces needing to be wiped down. Sleeping with a bunch of dust cause my sinuses to start acting up. Please work on that! Besides that this place was great.

My daughter and I stayed at Hotel Indigo because it was close to the Sylvee. The decor is lovely. It had a retro feel that I love. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfy. Food was delish. The fire alarm went off at one point. No biggie. I would def recommend.

Very nice hotel. The employees were all very friendly and accommodating, our rooms were very clean, the amenities were nice, the food was delicious, (the french toast and smoothies are top notch), and it was great being able to bring our cat Fen along with us. I'm very grateful to have had such a pleasant, stress-free stay, and would highly recommend staying here

Ok this a sweet place to stay for the night. Great location and the rooms were clean (I'm not checking the dust on the photo frames...I'm not that crazy, and I don't care about dust on photo frames). Everything was well thought out. The rooms are a very nice size, beds comfy and heat works. They actually have 1/4 size retro refrigerators. They are in walking distance to at least two music venues and football (soccer) field. There are also two breweries and a distillery within walking distance. I'm sure there is more, but it was -10 F with some wind, so we did very little walking. The parking garage is close and I felt very safe there.

I’ve been coming to this hotel for years - it’s really cute and cozy. I’ve stayed in the king suites, king single and queen doubles. All are lovely. One of the best parts is the super friendly front desk staff - take note other impersonal hotels! They always get you setup quickly and on my recent birthday they even gifted me a couple of free drink tickets for their in-hotel bar. I appreciate how close it is to Willy St (IO Arcade bar, Crystal Corner, Weary Traveler, all the good spots). Will be back, of course.

Very nice hotel - Exceptionally clean, modern, and welcoming. Fantastic location - Short walk to Willy Street, Capitol Square, etc. Parking garage is just steps away from the front entrance and the hotel has reserved spots right as you pass the gate. Would stay here again, for sure.

Stayed here for a wedding and to revisit some of my college haunts. Location is great and the shuttle service is a huge perk - Nathan our driver was very friendly and welcoming. Clark at the front desk was professional and very accommodating, we got in early and he was able to get us in our room with no issue. Clean and updated throughout, and the morning coffee in the lobby sitting on the comfy couches was a nice way to start the day. Definitely our choice on the next trip.

I stayed here during a work trip and absolutely loved it. Felt incredibly cozy and warm, almost like a second home. Beautiful design, looks like every detail is thoughtfully planned out. Everything was spotless, odorless and very clean. Staff were genuinely welcoming. Hotel is close to my office and to the city center as well. It was amazingly quiet - that is very needed after a long day! I'll 100% stay here again on my next visit to Madison. Truly wonderful place to come back!
